    No hops were spared in the creation of this Hop Heavyweight. Made with no less than 4 varieties with an extended dry hopping period, its zesty aromas are coupled with a full body and bursting bitterness. It is one to challenge the senses.

Wild Side text Matured in oak barrels for 12 months to allow nature do its thing! The wild yeast naturally residing in the oak has gradually modified the base barley wine, introducing lactic undertones and complex aromatics. Our first, but not the last, venture in to the sour beer space.
