At Carlow Brewing company we’re an independent, Irish, family-owned craft brewery and we work together to share our passion for craft brewing with the discerning beer drinker. This weekend the team are covering many parts of the country as we sponsor the Sky Cat Laughs as their first ever craft beer sponsor and we make our return once more to the rather special Bórd Bia Bloom festival in Dublin’s Phoenix Park. Bloom has expanded over the years and now welcomes the best of Irish food and beverage producers, people like ourselves who believe in the excellence that can be achieved through the love of what they do.
We’ll be in the Bloom Inn all weekend serving you a selection of our range of Irish craft beers to compliment the incredible range of artisan food you’ll find there and we’d love you to to drop by to chat to our brewers who’ll be delighted to discuss the craft beers we’ll have available for your delectation and to discuss our brewery and our brewing.
