Job Role: Business Development Executive

The role of a Business Development Executive is to drive sales and highlight the portfolio of O’Hara’s sku’s by identifying opportunities in store and building strong relationships with store managers.

• To increase business and maximise sales
• Deliver and execute the agreed objectives and targets as set out by your line manager
• To understand and identify the needs of the customer, communicate effectively with store management and line managers
• Influence retailers to ensure that O’Hara’s brands are well represented on shelf and in store
• Provide feedback at regular intervals through verbal and written communication
• Constantly strive to reach highest standards of performance with ‘best in class’ POS and instore execution during key promotional periods
• To ensure at all times that you operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks
• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager


• Self-Motivation and a “Can Do” Attitude
• Previous sales or merchandising experience in the retail sector
• A good understanding of the FMCG sector
• Relationship Building
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Full driving licence
• IT Skills
• Attention to detail & target driven
• Organisation and Time Management
